Hey y’all, we’re almost in summer mode, and the city is already giving us plenty to get into! Before we jump into the weekend plans, don’t forget Election Day is Saturday, May 16th, and early voting is happening now through May 9th. Make a plan to vote, and you can check your voter information through GeauxVote.

Now let’s get into the weekend. Movies in the Park is happening Friday, ThriftCon is coming to the city, Sunday Saint has a block party on Saturday, and Champagne Stroll is taking over Magazine Street. If you’re looking for late-night vibes, there’s plenty of house music happening this weekend too.

Pool season is also starting to open up, including spots like Virgin Hotels launching their summer series. We’ll be sharing more on pool passes soon!

Sunday is Mother’s Day, so you’ll find brunch options, plus Paradigm Gardens has a great market brunch happening.

Definitely check the weather before you head out, but either way, there’s a lot to tap into this weekend.
